Are you finding it hard to make a routine appointment?

In the month of May we had 205 missed appointments. If you are unable to keep any appointment please contact reception and cancel the appointment and allow someone else to be seen.

Telephone Advice 

phone_If you wish to speak to a GP the practice operates a daily telephone diary. 

The diary opens at 8:30 a.m. but the diary can be booked up very quickly and therefore the diary can close. We would advise you to book your call early.

There are days when the reception staff are instructed to book emergency calls only.

The doctors' days are fully booked and the receptionists have been instructed not to disturb doctors' consultations with non-urgent calls.

It is very helpful when requesting a call back that you give the reception staff as much information as possible so the GP can prioritise the calls.
