Telephone lines open at 08:30 a.m. Monday to Friday.  The lines close daily from 1-2pm for lunch (Reception stays open) and Emergency Cover is Provided.

Reception desk is open from 09:00 am - 5:30 pm

This is an emergency               service only!!

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Dalriada Urgent Care should not be used to request repeat medication or for minor illness.

Dalriada Urgent Care is designed to cover medical care when GP surgeries are closed.  It is a valued servce and should only be used in an emergency. 

Call 999 in an emergency:

Chest pains, shortness of breath or someone shows signs of a stroke constitute an emergency.

Keep Emergency Departments, (A&E)   for Emergencies:

Your GP knows you best!!!

Emergency Departments, (or A/E), all over Northern Ireland are very busy and are under real pressure to meet target figures while trying to deliver a high quality service to the general public.

     Your GP knows your medical history and you better than an A&E doctor!!

To help ease the workload of the department only attend the Emergency Department if really necessary.

Call 999 if you have i.e:

                       chest pain

                       shortness of breath or not breathing

                       stroke like symptoms

by not using this service properly you may put other peoples lives at risk and someday you may need an urgent ambulance.
